FAQ

Below are some of the most recurring questions.  If you have any others, don't hesitate to call, email, or submit an inquiry right from this website.  Thanks!

What Will This Cost?

Any consultation is free. If I decide to take your case, the fee will depend on the type of legal work needed.   We will discuss the various fee arrangements that can be made during your consultation.  In some cases, I don't get paid unless you recover money.  And I may even help advance litigation expenses.

How Much Time Do I Have to File a Law Suit?

In some cases, like medical malpractice and intentional torts, the time can be as short as one year.  When the time begins to run varies from case to case. This is why you should consider consulting with an attorney as soon as possible.  I can then investigate your case, preserve the necessary evidence and protect your legal rights.

What If I Have a Case Outside Your Area of Specialty?

Then still call me!  My dedication to your case is of the utmost importance to me and my reputation.  In this situation, I will assemble an affordable team of attorneys that can satisfy your legal needs.  And with this team behind you, we will fight your fight even better!

Where are you located?

My offices are downtown in the heart of Cleveland's warehouse district at the northwest corner of W. 6th Street and St. Clair. We're on the third floor of the Hoyt Block building, where Blue Point Grille restaurant is located.
